Message	is to buy used turbos, watever you want, and have them rebuilt, at least a seal kit. Upon puting new oil seals in your turbos, the shoppe can now see if there is any other damage such as bad bearings or if there off balance. Also by haveing them inspected and rebiult, most shoppes will give you a one year warrenty. JGTC FOREVER!
